If your Melo Guitar Strap fails in anyway, don't stress. You are covered by our lifetime guarantee. You can return it to us at:

We will repair or replace at our discretion and promptly send it back to you (don't forget to include an explanation of the dysfunction and a return address).

In the event that it is a discontinued pattern, we will do our best to make the closest substitution that we can. Your strap will be returned to you postage paid.

Please note that normal wear and tear as well as abuse are not covered under this guarantee.
